FedEx offers delivery confirmation on all shipments. This includes the delivery date & time, location, and address.
Signature Required
FedEx offers signature collection service to provide customers evidence of delivery. There are three options:
- Indirect Siganture Required
- Direct Signature Required
- Adult Signature Required
Insurance
FedEx offers insurance on packages up to $1,500 for items that are lost, damaged, or missing. Packages automatically include $100 of insurance.
