1. Ensure your items be shipped and are not restricted

When you ship an item from the United States to another country, you must follow the shipping regulations from both countries. Internationally prohibited items include:

  • Aerosols
  • Air Bags
  • Alcoholic Beverages
  • Ammunition
  • Cigarettes
  • Dry Ice
  • Explosives
  • Gasoline
  • Hemp-based products (including cannabidiol [CBD])
  • Marijuana (medical or otherwise)
  • Nail Polish
  • Perfumes (containing alcohol)
  • Poisons

2. Gather important information needed to send international

Before shipping an item you will need to collect enough information to create the label and fill out customs information.

This information includes

  • First & Last Name
  • Phone Number
  • Street Address
  • Country, Zip Code, City, and Providence (if applicable)
  • Purchase receipt

3. Print and fill out documentation for customs

Customs are taxes imposed on goods when they are shipped internationally. If you're shipping ANYTHING internationally you need to fill out a customs form.

4. Bring your item into our shop

Once you have all the information needed to ship your item bring it into Northside ShipIt and we will help with the next steps.

We have a variety of boxes and mailers in stock to help support your shipment needs.

5. Create an international shipping label

Our team will measure and weigh your items to help configure the shipping label.

6. Send your packge with a carrier for delivery

Our shop has a daily pickup from UPS, USPS, FedEx, and DHL. Once your item has a label and is ready to go the carrier will pickup from our facility.
